A complete renovation within the new Greenlands building in Bathurst Street, Sydney saw this ultra-small footprint of 56sqm pack a mighty punch. Intended as the Sydney base for a family of four from Hong Kong, this apartment needed some crafty spatial solutions to be able to fit the whole family as well as provide calm and inspiring areas dedicated to study and work. Consulting with a Feng Shui Master in Hong Kong, the space has satisfied a cross-cultural need.

This was a complete design project including conceptualisation, drafting, full material and colour specifications and detailing as well as furniture fitout.
